When you subscribe to The Blueprint, we collect your email address. That's it. If you reply to a newsletter or contact us directly, we'll have your name if you include it and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Your email address is used for one purpose: to send you The Blueprint. We use Beehiiv to manage and deliver the newsletter. We may occasionally send a message about the Buildwell community or membership — but your inbox is not a marketing channel. We treat it like the asset it is.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use it to build profiles or target you across other platforms.

The Blueprint uses basic analytics to understand how many people open each issue and which links are clicked. This helps us write better content — the data is aggregated, not individual. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

We use Beehiiv as our newsletter platform. Your email address is stored on their servers and subject to their privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy. We do not use any other third-party services that have access to your personal data.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any issue. You can request that we delete your data entirely by contacting us directly — we will respond within 30 days. If you are based in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or port your data.

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you via the newsletter before those changes take effect. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
